She grew up in the world of vaulting and headed west at 20 to help pioneer a new frontier in horse and human partnership—co-founding Big Horse Productions, becoming an original cast member of Cavalia, and later co-creating Gladius and BHP Events.

Behind the scenes, she’s the glue that holds it all together—building, creating, and doing whatever it takes to bring vision into reality. Her work blends massage therapy, yoga, energy work, music, violin, retreats, and transformative horse-human experiences.

But more than anything, Alethea is known for her grit. She stayed when things got hard, built when there was nothing there, and never gave up on the vision.

Because for her, this has never just been a career. It’s a way of life.

Forged from a long line of Norwegian Viking warriors, Lisa crossed the sea to America in 2010 in search of new lands to conquer.

Undefeated in equestrian vaulting, she arrived with power, precision, and a fearless spirit, quickly claiming her place in Gladius. Along the way, she captured the heart of the land’s fiercest gladiator, Erik, and stepped into an even greater arena. A steel-forging craftswoman, stage commander, and elite performer, Lisa is the force that keeps everything moving—on the ground, in the air, and everywhere in between.

From Roman riding to aerial work, she is as strong as she is skilled… capable of lifting more than most would dare challenge, yet grounded by a loyalty and heart that make her one of the most solid humans you’ll ever meet.

A Colorado native, Nicole has been training in vaulting with Erik since the age of six—this isn’t just something she does, it’s the life she was built for. Known for her powerful vaulting style, strong riding, and effortless shift into aerial work, she moves with both strength and grace like it’s second nature.

Now leading Golden Gate Vaulters, she’s passing that same fire and discipline on to the next generation. Behind the scenes, she’s the in-house costume designer and seamstress for Gladius, bringing creativity and precision to everything she touches.

Whether she’s baking, knitting, or somehow holding it all together, Nicole does it with a heart of gold and a steadiness you can feel. And now, as a mom to little Gabrielle—our smallest ranch hand—she proves you really can do it all… and make it look effortless.

She is known for her mastery of liberty, Roman riding, hair hanging, bullwhips, and high-level horse-human connection—bringing strength, grace, and edge to everything she does. Now a sought-after trainer and teacher across the country, Alina helps both horses and humans develop trust, clarity, and authentic partnership.

And somehow, between training horses and defying gravity, she also happens to be an incredible cook. Add in caring for her six “children” (all horses, of course), and it’s clear: Alina is a true force in and out of the arena—proving the strongest partnerships are built on trust, timing, and skill.
